I am extremely disappointed with the service at this store today. My fiancé and I walked in to purchase a suit for our elopement ceremony, and from the start, Stacy made us feel completely unwelcome. She openly criticized how uncommon it was to be seen in your attire before the wedding. Then, she went on to publicly shame my fiancé for having his parents and myself with him to help pick out his tie and suit. She actually said, and I quote, "unless you’re still in high school going to prom or something, men don’t bring their parents with them to pick out a suit”. This comment was incredibly disrespectful to my fiancé, his parents, and me.

When I pointed out how inappropriate and rude her remarks were, Stacy didn’t apologize. Instead, she denied saying anything offensive and had the nerve to call me "sensitive" and claim that "anyone would think it’s odd"—not just herself.

Later this evening, I received a text from my fiancé’s parents about how discouraging and unprofessional the whole experience was, and how they hoped it didn’t spoil our evening. It sure did, thank you, Stacy.

My friends and I went to this store to browse, planning on buying some clothing at a later date. While we are college students (and certainly look it) all of us like to have a few nice articles in our closet, for formal events or just to dress up every once in awhile.

However, when we went into this shop and told the person working we were just browsing she replied with "I don't have time for that," to us in a tone that can only be described as snotty, and ignored us the rest of the time we were there. She seemed to find our mere presence to be an annoyance, and the fact she wouldn't even look at us only added to that. We didn't spend long here, opting for a store that has employees that know how to show basic kindness. (On top of that, I can't say I was very impressed with the selection.)

Now I understand not wanting to waste time on people you assume won't be buying anything, but being rude is a good way to get us to bad mouth you to every graduate looking for an outfit to attend interviews in, or just about anyone looking for clothing. Perhaps the employees should learn to at least be polite, not like...

Very poor experience here. All of the employees were rude. My fiance went in to pick up his suit for a wedding this past weekend. They insisted that he try his suit on so he did. When he mentioned that his jacket seemed a little big, the female employee's exact words were "well its a rental and the wedding is on Saturday so there is nothing we can do." If that is the case why do they insist on having you try the suit on? Another groomsmen also had issues with his jacket as well and he was shrugged off and sent on his way with an oversized jacket.
