Other products were very easy to rent and initially the staff are very friendly. I was delivered a used ps5 which was what I agreed to but noticed I was being charged for a god of war brand new ps5. I was told they couldn't correct the contract and that I probably left the game code in its box. When we received the Playstation it wasnt in a box and it also didnt have the controller cord. It was dirty like it was plucked from someone else's house and brought to ours.That system I had to bring back to them multiple times because of software issues wasnt allowing for games to run. The manager took the ps5 home with her on a couple of occasions trying to fix it without sending it for service. We never had a loaner during those times she's had it and obviously we're still expected to pay on it. After leaving my job early on way too many occasions to make it in time to the store they were either closed an hour early or the manager still had the Playstation at her house. We finally get it back home and it's still having the same issues. again she takes it home ,again without a loaner(we've even asked about it on a couple of occasions) finally we're given a different used ps5 but I was told the payments have to stay the same as my limit edition ps5 (that I never had in the first place) the new ones hdmi piece chips which isn't on them. We brought it back for service and again wasn't given a loaner and yes still making payments. For another 2 months. I contacted corporation and was told to expect a call within hours by the district manager. No call. I called back again the day after being told I'd get a call within two days. I did receive a call the second day an hour and a half after their hours and wasn't left a voicemail. I then had to call the next few days to finally get ahold of a different store manager allegedly filling in for the district manager. He took my issues with this store location personally bc he was the previous manager a year ago (according to him) he started to almost accuse me of harassing him by calling his location when the reason I was calling is bc hes "filling in" for the district manager. He seemed determined not to cooperate with me because he was seemingly offended I was reporting an issue with his previous location. I would never recommend rent a center at this location and possibly the newark one where "bill"...

Dominik was understanding and helpful when it came to changes I needed to make on my initial order. The customer service here is on point and I never felt pressured to buy anything. They really do aim to make their customers 100% satisfied. I don't normally qualify for excellent credit offers or financing but it's a great feeling when you can get great quality furniture on Rent a Center terms.
