Pizza Hut — Restaurant in City of Elmira

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service last night. I ordered on the app and was told at 907pm that my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there at 917pm was told that it would be just a couple of minutes more. Ok no problem.. well 10 minutes later I was told that it was going to be another 10 minutes because the cook messed up the pizza ( ham& sausage) not to much to mess up. I finally received the pizza at 940pm.. no one offered anything to me for the waste of my time and sitting in the drive thru for that long.. as I was handed my pizza the girl says now be careful because it's "hot" well I would hope so.. actually the pizza wasn't as hot as it should have been. I'm very disappointed.. hopefully they get their act together soon. One other thing..please stop asking me to add a tip..honestly for what? I drove myself to get the pizza.. you handed it to me.. why would I tip...

The food is always perfect-done to perfection. Staff is always friendly and down to Earth. The ONLY complaint I could possibly have is regarding the answering service that picks up when the location itself is too busy. At times, I’ll get an answering service that asks the location you’d like to order from—if I’m calling the phone number for the location I want, then the answering service probably shouldn’t need to ask what location I need. They’re always polite at the answering service, but it is certainly not very convenient to supply a store location, and I’m not fond of the up-sale approach the service uses by asking about soda and desert(had I wanted it, I would’ve ordered it). But again, all folks and food at the location itself are fantastic, including when they take the order by phone at the location(not through the service). 5 stars for the...

Waited in line for 25 minutes for food I had ordered 20 minutes before I arrived. Spen my whole lunch break in the drive thru and all the lady said for 25 minutes was your food is in the oven it be a minute. This is ridiculous, the lady never even tried to make it right, never said sorry, I talked to other customers and they all were there and had their food well before me and slmost of them had ordered after the time I ordered. I told them I don't have time to sit here and wanted a refund and the lady looked at me rolled her eyes and closed the window, finally after 25 minutes she handed me my food and closed the window so fast I couldn't say a word. I didn't get to eat because my lunch was over and at my job I can't have food or drinks at my station. I'd give 0...
