Hey I want to start out by saying, I always love my time spent here and have great interactions with the staff every time! I did want to give some feedback however though. I purchased a “The One Ring Card” from you guys this week and It was supposed to be near mint, however right when I got it at the counter I could tell the bottom was a bit chewed up. I didn’t say anything honestly because I wanted it so badly/and my fear of general confrontation as I didn’t wanna seem like I didn’t trust there judgment or like I’m tryna get over/be annoying to you guys! IMO I think it was certainly received in that condition as your team always has good card grading judgment, the machine card sorter potentially roughed it up a bit as that can happen sometimes! My wife and I came to visit area with my in-laws and the family. We happened to see this card store on the way in. I gotta say, I was super impressed with the amount of Pokémon singles they had in stock! A good mix of vintage, mid-era, and modern cards! They also had sealed product! The owner was super helpful and even gave my wife and I some freebie stickers of the shop’s cat mascot and a D&D die (my soon to be brother-in-law loves D&D and it was nice to get him a gift!)
