Rent-A-Center — Local services in City of Ithaca

So I have been with Ithaca Rent-A-Center for a while now, years might I add! I loved this place and doing businesse with them until they stopped caring about their customers and Only the Money they bring in, I have Never been late and Always pay off early. I am happy to say I am all payed off but sad to say I will never be back to this store again they have change to many people there! And it's going down hill everyone is becoming clueless! I payed off my washer My dryer and My bed that all have insurance , when I went to pay off my couches early at that , they said would I like to pay more to have insurance on them, wait hold on I then said " the whole reason i come here is to have Insurance on our stuff and great deals and without that there is no reason for me to come...

Place is a scam. Got a washer from them and decided to return it. Had to keep rescheduling for them to pick it up. But they always took forever and said they would be anywhere between 1 and 6 PM to pick up. Told them we needed to leave at 1 after scheduling with them 2 other times. They ended up leaving a note that they came at a little before 4 pm. They overcharged and try selling a used washer for over $900 that you could buy brand new for $300. They always try to act like you're getting a deal. Lol. Would not recommend this...
