Bought a brand new washer and dryer set from them less than 2 years ago, and the belt went in the dryer 3 months ago. We called, and they said they would have the 3rd party appliance repair people get ahold of us. They still haven't. We ordered a belt and installed it ourselves. Then a few weeks ago the dryer was shaking and moving around we called them back and told them that no one had co.e out to repair it still, they again said someone will get back to us and we still haven't heard from them. When we asked if they could swap out the dryer, they said, "Oh no, you only have 1 payment to go, so you don't want to start all over. I wasn't planning g on paying for another one like you should replace it free of charge if you can't have someone come out and fix it. Don't get appliances through them they don't repair them at all !!!! Oh yeah, no one...

Will never get anything from this place again all the people that work here are rude talk to you like your a piece of dirt under their shoe they lie to you about everything then you send something back they tell you they can't take it back because theres something wrong with and it's in the same condition that you got it and then they don't tell you what's wrong with got a couch set from them that has burn holes and rips in it and your told that they weren't there when you got it. I picked a bedroom set from them has a crack in the frame showed them before i left from there was told that they will give me a discount or fix it well guess they did nothing for me so i will not be giving them anymore business the only thing they care about is ripping people off. If i could give this place 0 stars i would Rayn the manger is a good guy Chip is a nasty...

I bought a lot of things From Aaron's in the past. Never really had an issue I have to say going back there this year I regret every minute of it. I want to order a washing machine and dryer and the one I picked out the originally delivered was wrong then I had to pay more for the 1 than I wanted. Now they brought it to me and the washer I had was broken they had to return with a new one. Just happen to be I looked at my bank account the other day and realized that they withdrew to payments out of my account. I would never have caught it Then when I did it took them One day To find out what happened and I had to call them back that's not customer service that's not customer Friendly. After this is paid off I do not think I would be another Aaron's customer maybe it's time to move to another place like...
