Added 12/11/21 - OK - time goes by, lots of updates, and me poking around to get add-ons to work. Clearly, this was beyond me fixing, so ONCE AGAIN - I called this company that I trust. The tech (Chris) arrived in less than 90 minutes - was here two hours - and fixed not only my wireless issues, but made sure that all that I had in that area was working better than ever. He answered all our questions, changed passwords, set everything up to be more secure, and waited until we were satisfied that ALL the add-ons we use in the house and home office, were working perfectly. Today the bill arrived - LESS than I thought it would be for such good work - again! I have needed them 3 times in about 2 years - and every service makes me happier I found them.

I had a fan failing in my HP desktop computer. When I could not abide the NOISE anymore, I called these wonderful folks. They ordered me the correct part, called me when it arrived a few days later, and then yesterday I brought my computer to them. The work was done in only a couple of hours. Came home, plugged everything back in (after removing the Bunnies Family that had been nesting among the cables . . ) and now am working in SILENCE! Ernie and Chris were very professional, cordial, and helpful - and the cost was VERY reasonable! If I have any future computer issues, I will DEFINITELY...

Excellent service. It started off on the right foot when Chris actually picked up the phone, unlike the other half dozen places where the call went straight to voice mail. It was a simple project -- replacing the CMOS battery on a friend's HP laptop -- except the designers hid the battery in a merciless location and it took an hour just to get the miserable thing open. Chris was extremely patient and had the tools and the knowledge to take it apart and put back together. I watched the whole process, and there's no way I could have done...

The staff at HRT is always helpful and knowledgeable. They have even taught me enough about my system that I don't need to hire them as often. I have used them numerous times, and will again, as needed, without reservation. I also have purchased business computers from them, and the service on the guarantees has been uniformly accurate...
