Yes! I finally found the Mac wizards I’ve been seeking since moving to the Hudson Valley. Just a few superlative perks Matt & Forest offer besides highly competent expertise: Patience to understand & solve even poorly articulated requests from non expert users. I watched this young tech be kind and thorough helping the (even older and dumber than me) customer ahead in line. On and Beyond: It was like my old Mac got a spa treatment and face lift for an incredibly reasonable price. They had it done & ready to pick up two days faster than estimated, and made sure everything was exactly right at pick up. It wasn’t. It was my fault, cost them extra time and no one got impatient with me. I’m in awe of this level of service and can’t recommend KCW highly enough. Matt and Forest were amazing. After a botched cpu install. They took me in to see if they could help at 5pm on a Saturday. Matt spent time with me at the front desk diagnosing and walking me through every step he was doing. I ended up leaving the pc there for further dignostics and 2 days later I had the result. It needed new hardware and I was given a quote and timeframe. Once the parts came in these guys had it installed and stress tested within a day. Matt is amazing and I am utterly delighted with his work! My iMac was running so slowly it took forever to load. Getting anything done was an exercise in futility and my frustration with the unit was just getting in my way. To say I was frustrated is an understatement!

Enter Kingston Computer Works and Matt Gordon and voila! My problems were resolved. He increased my hard drive from 1 TB to a 2TB Solid State drive and increased the RAM from 8 to 16 GB. What a difference! I am amazed and thrilled. My iMac is a brand new FAST machine! Woohoo!
