I don't know how to thank Kelly & Michelle enough for everything they did to help make my wedding day a success! Elle's truly ended up being my one stop shop for the majority of the attire we needed for our wedding. Kelly was so kind and attentive to all of our needs! Especially with my mom, who after a few shopping trips, found her mother of the bride dress at Elle's.

When the shop I purchased my wedding dress from neglected to offer/order a petite length for my wedding dress (so that all the beautiful appliqués at the bottom of the dress wouldn't need to be cut off in alterations - I'm 4' 11") and then promptly went out of business, it was the incredible Michelle to the recuse! Once she had cut my dress to the correct length, she removed all of the flower appliqués from the extra fabric and HAND SEWED them back onto my wedding dress!!! She also made a quick alteration to my rehearsal dinner outfit at the last minute so that it would fit me just right. Both of these services were so above and beyond and I could not be more grateful!

We also rented my fiancé's suit, groomsmen's suits, and my dad's suit from Elle's. With half of my fiance's groomsmen living in the UK, which meant, they were unable to receive/try on their suits prior to the wedding, I was concerned that all of the suits would fit. This was no problem for Kelly! She wrote out all of the exact measurements those groomsmen needed to get, as well as created a demonstration measuring video we could send to them to ensure the fit would be correct.

My mom also brought a part of her wedding dress to Elle's to be turned into a bathroom for me to wear on my wedding day. It came out stunning!

Overall, the level of customer service provided at Elle's is unmatched. Kelly & Michelle are kind, caring, very generous with their time, and true experts at what they do!

FINALLY! This boutique is a DREAM for mothers of the bride/groom! 🤩🥰 After months of appointments and searching through other bridal shops, local boutiques, large retailers, and online, my mom and I were feeling anxious about the time crunch we were now facing before my wedding, and totally deflated - nothing was out there that was flattering, unique, and non-matronly. Nothing was wowing us until we booked our appointment with Kelly at Elle’s. Not only did we find the perfect dress for my mom… we found several dresses that she would’ve worn proudly and felt incredible in! I’ve never seen a larger or more thoughtfully curated collection of mother of the bride/groom dresses. Out of the ~10 we had fun trying on there were barely any that were instant nos - the total opposite of our experiences up to that point. We had the best time at the appointment with Kelly, laughing and hyping my mom up all the way. She treated my mom as she would any bride, even, and I was already in tears midway through the appointment because we were so relieved that we knew we’d be leaving with a dress that day. After finalizing the details and checking out we had to hug Kelly - we were so grateful to find such incredible dresses, a perfect try-on experience, and a shop owner with such great taste that brought our vision to life! Will be a must visit for any future wedding or event needs.

Kelly at Elle's Bridal is amazing. I had ~2.5 months to find a dress; I called Elle's early on a Saturday morning asking if they did off the rack sales, and if they had any available bridal appointments that day. Luckily they did, and Kelly had a cancellation just prior and was able to fit me in. During my appointment, she listened to what I was looking for and was mindful of my budget. She excitedly handed me a plethora of dresses to try on, both ones that I did and did not ever imagine trying on so that the style of dress I chose I knew was absolutely perfect. After several fun hours of trying on dresses, she held my most favorite options so that I could take the rest of the weekend to make a final decision. After purchasing my dress, she sent me a recommended seamstress who could work with my timeline, and held the dress for several weeks until I could make it back to pick it up. 10/10 would recommend any bride going to Elle's for your bridal dress; an added bonus, you will be supporting a small business in the area as well!
