General Plumbing Supplies has provided the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. While our sales rep, Orlando, was attentive and helpful when we made a large purchase of over $8000, the service completely fell apart after payment. Despite paying in full, we were ignored when our bathroom vanity did not arrive on time. I was originally told that my bathroom vanity would arrive in 4 to 6 weeks, but it ended up taking three months. You would expect some level of acknowledgment or effort to address my concerns, given the frustration this delay caused, but there was absolutely none from this sales rep. Orlando never answered my calls or returned messages left with the receptionist. Furthermore, there were times the receptionists seemed unaware of the status of my order and offered no help. To make matters worse, when I called to check on my products, I was treated rudely and told I had an outstanding balance of over $3,000, despite paying in full at the time of purchase. This unnecessary stress, coupled with the unprofessionalism I encountered, makes it clear that I will never step foot in General Plumbing Supplies again. I worked with Doug Bradford once in person & multiple times via email. I purchased predominantly Kohler products & the style I chose to go was in stock. I mention this as I had to change the size of a medicine cabinet & Mr. Bradford was super accommodating. Within 24 hours, the larger unopened box was picked up & replaced with the smaller cabinet. On the other hand, a glass shelf that was not a Kohler line product took nearly 3 weeks to come in. I thought their products were competitively priced but what stands out was Consolidated Plumbing’s Customer Service. Mr. Bradford was knowledgeable, answered all my emails promptly, offered products suggestions within my price range & was very gracious to work with. The delivery man also gets high ratings- delivered on time & friendly. Lastly, Mr. Bradford was off one day & a gentleman colleague offered to help me out & indeed followed up with a phone call to me. This was a pleasant surprise as I thought I would be told I would have to wait to get an answer from Mr. Bradford. Thanks for a wonderful team effort & my new bathroom...

My wife and I were renovating our bathroom. Consolidated has a nice showroom which gave us some ideas. Brian made suggestions that were especially helpful. He didn't try to sell us on more expensive items. For example, we wanted a particular plumbing fixture. I had researched it on the internet so I knew the features I wanted and the price. Consolidated carried a competing brand which was almost double the price of the one we wanted. Instead of trying to push the item he carried, Brian advised us to go with the one I had identified on-line. We ordered one custom item.
