This is for the Parking Bureau on 3 E Sydney. They removed their page on Google reviews. No wonder they don't want all the bad reviews to be seen. The NASTIEST people work there. You would think someone was trying to take candy away from a child. No one has a customer service mindset. Everyone feels like they are being personally attacked. Very defensive even to ask a question is a problem. I have seen them talk about people that are on hold on the phone. Officer Smith does not know what customer service means. He can barely have a civil conversation. He does not listen to what is being said and makes assumptions Before a question is even asked. He raises his voice and gets very flustered very quickly.
