I very rarely provide customer reviews. However, I just had to share the experience I had upon my visit to Jewel-Art Inc. Primarily, I was extremely pleased by the stellar customer service provided at this establishment! Never have I seen such professionalism, as my needs were met promptly and I did not have to endure an egregiously long wait to be acknowledged. I am stickler for good customer service, as I view it as a pivotal component of all businesses!! Therefore, this was the standard that I recognized immediately at this location. Notably, as soon I entered the staff made me feel welcomed and provided excellent insight on their jewelry pieces.

Moreover, their collection is exquisite and are very competitively/reasonably priced! The quality of the products were so great, I actually ended getting something other than what I initially intended on purchasing! I was also pleasantly surprised to discover that they do repairs as well! A one stop shop! Now, this was a deal breaker! It’s sealed, I will definitely be visiting again and I will be telling my friends about this!
