Kennedy Fried Chicken — Restaurant in City of New Rochelle

I'm giving 2 stars, because my Whiting fish over rice cost $13.51+tax and was overcooked to the point where the fish was crunchy and tough. When I called about the issue, I was told that they deep fry whiting fish for 5 minutes. I know how to cook, and I nor anyone else who knows how to deep fry lightly breaded whiting fish would never deep fry Whitings for 5 minutes. My fish was probably left in the fryer while they serviced someone else. Aside from the high prices and my fish being overcooked, everythingelse was prepared as usual. I’ve ordered from this establishment twice so far- spicy chicken wings and fries and more recently their chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken wings are good but a little too salty in my opinion. Their fries are good too. The chicken sandwich? Omg. When I took the first bite I was blown away - it was so delicious! I will definitely be ordering their sandwiches again...
