Haunt # 8 of the seasonâŠ..The Haunt at Wildcliff Mansion!!!
This haunt is located at Hudson Park in New Rochelle and is truly an AWESOME HAUNT!
This was our first time here and WOW were we surprised at what we experienced. This haunt takes place at an actual historic mansion that was built in 1852 and destroyed in a fire in 2018. You definitely feel the eerie vibes when youâre in this place. We were so impressed with what the guys put together here. You can tell that the owners of this Haunt are true Haunt Enthusiasts. With each step we would stop and say to each other WOW. The actors here put their all into scaring you, and they get the job done! And as you know we donât do spoilers here, but you will be shocked at how good some of the scare actors are! We were able to spend some time with the owners of this haunt @david_booneil and @david_calamari , and they couldnât have been nicer guys. They really treated us amazing while we were guests at their mansion. They Really put their all into this haunt and we will be revisiting this one for years to come.
Tonight, Saturday October 25th, they are having their Haunt Festival! Beer Tents, Fortune Tellers, Food TrucksâŠand oh yea, they have a Walterâs Hotdogs Food Truck on the premises!!! IYKYK
They offer a fast pass ticket so you can skip the lines. They have great merch, see the awesome hoodies and winter hats we are wearing in the pics.
We are approaching the end of haunt season, next weekend is it! So get to THE HAUNT AT WILDCLIFF MANSION , youâll have an amazing...
Read moreI recently attended The Haunt at Wildcliff Mansion in New Rochelle and left genuinely impressed â this event far exceeded my expectations in all the right ways. Set upon the dramatic cliffs of Wildcliff Mansionâs grounds, the atmosphere is perfectly eerie from the moment you arrive: the looming structure, the wind across the water, and the historic gothic-style architecture all combine for a spine-tingling welcome.
Inside, the attention to detail in the haunted walk-through is incredible. The team clearly put a lot of thought into immersive environments â from Dr. Wildcliffâs hidden laboratory to the restless graveyard and haunted cornfield. Each scene builds upon the last, and the pacing is just right: there are enough surprises to keep you on edge without feeling rushed.
The actors and special effects deserve special mention. They were enthusiastic, well-coordinated, and genuinely enhanced the experience â I found myself jumping, laughing, and then admiring how smoothly everything came together. Also, the line moved quickly (on the night I visited), so the wait didnât kill the thrill.
Overall, this is a top-tier haunted house event in Westchester. Whether youâre a horror fan or just out for some seasonal fun, The Haunt at Wildcliff Mansion delivers big time. Iâll definitely be back next year â highly...
Read moreBigger and better this year. Absolute gem. Actors really go all out. I went last year and was impressed so we returned. It's not as huge as other commercial haunts but it's also a fraction of the price. ::SPOILERS AHEAD::, I repeat...SPOILERS....the contortionist actresses really freaked me out, one was bent over like Jennifer Carpenter in Exorcism of Emily Rose. I didn't think it was a real person until she spun around like an acrobat. I also love the laser-fog room, it reminds me of Lathe of Heaven/The Who's...
