If you want to do business with a honest and true person, then Sean (owner) is the person for you. Let me tell you my situation. During COVID-19, I saw a post on Facebook about a young single Mother with four children (17 year old son, 11 year old son & 10 month old twins) who was waiting on her unemployment benefits because she was laid off from her job due to the quarantine, and she had run out of food & diapers and needed help. So, I offered my help to her. She lived in Buffalo, NY & I live in Atlanta, Ga, so I shopped for for food & diapers on the Walmart.com site for grocery delivery. I was blessed enough to be able to order about $250 worth of food for her family. I messaged her to let her know but during the conversation, I found out that her stove was no longer working and she had to throw it out. I was also blessed enough to be able to purchase her a used gas stove. Well, I called around to a few places in Buffalo, but Sean was the person, that not only offered me a beautiful gas stove for only $150, with a 30 day warranty, but he also delivered the stove the very next day. I saw how nice the stove was when the Mom sent me a picture of it. I had to put my trust in someone that I could not even see in person or the stove either and Sean was very trustworthy. It meant a lot to me that the situation was not taken advantage of but I found a person who was very trustworthy and I did not have to worry because I was so far away. Have been going here for years. The new owner is much better than the last. Hes very helpful and honest. Ive never felt like i was getting hustled or like someone was trying to make a quick buck off me. Ive recommended to many people, friends and family and they all left satisfied with their experience. Ill never buy a new junk appliance again. A1 has quality products for fair prices. If you had a bad experience in the past, the new owner seems to take alot of pride in the business and customer satisfaction so I strongly suggest going back. I had an absolutely amazing experience buying my fridge from here. After checking out 4 other appliance stores, these guys really had the best prices and the best quality refrigerators. They made everything so smooth, quick and easy. The delivery team was also A-1, haha. Their communication was excellent and they were able to bring my fridge upstairs with ease. The level of customer service and kindness provided by A-1 and Helping Hands Movers was incredible! Anyone else looking for quality appliances should definitely come here, you won't be disappointed!
