The Vapor Shop — Local services in City of North Tonawanda

Stopped in here for the first time yesterday after having been recommended by a friend. While the vape I purchased had a burnt taste from the get-go, it could've been just because it may have been sitting for awhile, but the employee ‐ I didn't catch his name, but he replaced it with a new one with no problem. My experience was great. The employee working when I went it was very friendly and respectful. This is a smaller shop compared to other ones but is local, I will still go back to give them my business.

Update: I stopped in here tonight again (12/27/24) for the first time in awhile. I don't know why I've been going to other vape shops to be honest, because this place made me feel appreciated as a customer! And I was well taken care of, I appreciated the conversation and I love animals so dog in the store!? Yes please! I'm making this my new go-to spot! Awesome store, 5 stars plus another 5 stars on top! 10 stars....

DONT GO HERE!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! POSSIBLE HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS!!! HATES MEN!!! The owner here is crazy, I walked in to buy some vapes and the guy working there was about to cash me out when the crazy lady asked if i worked for the health department and proceeded to yell that " YOU CAN LEAVE." The guy cashing me out said not to listen to her at first but eventually told me to just listen to her. as I was waiting in line to order the lady behind the counter only talked about how men were disgusting pigs and all women should be "intimidating to them as well. Will never shop here again and hope they get shut down, because obviously there having some type of health code violations as well if the lady was paranoid that her customers can be the...

I would say this is thee most honest and fair shop around! Unique and a feeling of comfort and home! Great owner as well as the employees. True Buffao Native. They made me feel as we were all family 🙂 One of a kind shop! All the other shops are rude and just want your money. This shop is extremely friendly, funny, gives snacks and makes you feel extremely welcomed. This is the ONLY shop I would ever go to. Even if I have to drive out of my way. Owner is a very kind and generous person. We need to support this small business. They’re doing a great job! Just love the atmosphere of everyone that works there! And how clean and homey it feels....
