I have gone here 3 times now and i will no longer give this place the benefit of the doubt. The first time i went in with my daughter and ordered food well in advance (so i thought) , my wife has an hour long lunch break and was meeting us there to eat, i waited for our food until she got there , she arrived and we waited for our food , she had to get back to work and i was left there still waiting for our food. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time , this time ordering take out in hopes it would be faster ....again it was bot ready within that hour. Again i gave them the benefit of the doubt ...this time was my 3rd and last time, a good friend and i dined in (we made sure we had time to spare) we each ordered a salad and 1 drink ... we waited 45 minutes for the salad and they forgot the drink so we had to ask , i gave them the benefit of the doubt once again because things happen and people forget, we were a little unhappy that half of the items on the menu (for a salad) they didnt have so we could not get and the other half that we asked for that they did have , we didnt get ....i jave a sensitive stomach and asked for things to be left out and they were added ...we asked for the price to be adjusted (which we never do but felt it was necessary this time) and was told well we can only do 10 % on 1 of the salads because you ate most of it , we simply replied we obviously we ate it already it was 3 lettuce leaves, doesnt take long to eat 3 leaves. They put it in as 10% military discount which i would have gotten anyway given the fact that i am a veteren but we paid without saying anything . Very dissatisfied and disappointed...please save yourself the hassle and waste of time and money ... i could see a longer wait time with more people wanting to eat but each time there were 10 people tops and most of there food is warmed up from freezer to grille to include the burgers. I advise all to utilize one of the many neighboring...

As a server I always try to be understanding and compassionate. The experience we had was beyond terrible. We entered with a larger party. Upon arrival the we ordered drinks, which took an extended time. Drinks were delivered and a beer was forgotten. We waited, but our waitress didn’t return, so we had to go to the bar and retrieve the missing drink. Eventually our server came back and took our order. Several items were not available. We ordered appetizers and meals. After 45 minutes our appetizers hadn’t arrived, drinks were empty and our waitress never came back. We then approached the bar to which the server blamed the kitchen. We asked to order more drinks and she came over. Half of the appetizers came out (wings) with not plates, napkins or silverware. We then had to approach the bar and ask for napkins. Meanwhile our waitress had yet to come back after taking the original order. Eventually additional drinks came out and the rest of the food. Most of which was cold, overcooked or came out 10 minutes after the rest. Our waitress did not come back once. As meals were finished we had to go to the bar to ask for our bill which was promptly delivered. Not surprising, our bill included a 20% gratuity for a waitress who was essentially MIA and we had to go to the bar multiple times. Granted the server (not our waitress) comped a round of drinks and two wings, the bill was still almost $300. As a server I completely understand mistakes, errors etc but to then completely avoid a table and add 20% gratuity for mediocre food and drinks. Definitely not a repeat customer.

Also to note…there were 4 tables, 3 of which were 4 people and under and two...

Normally I don’t do reviews but I do appreciate those who do because I read many of them but I felt like I needed to do this restaurant. First off this was my first time going. I live in this town and I avoid Main Street because if it’s not college it’s baseball. Don’t get me wrong they are both what keeps our small town going and I think that’s great so I leave main St. to them. But my husband had heard really good things about this place. So we went in. We were acknowledged immediately and asked if we had reservations said no and they didn’t have a table for us until 2 hrs later but we could sit at bar. So we did and I am very glad I did the bartender (great bartender Chris) asked what he could get us right away and took our food order. Brought drinks (very good margarita) took food order and after that the people kept coming in. Not just normal parties of 4 but huge parties of 8 and 12 (I don’t get people sometimes if you have a party over 6 call ahead don’t get mad that you can’t be seated right away) But like good servers they recommended the bar and gave them an option to come back or order out. BEST SERVERS!!!! BRAVO! I come from a long line of Hospitality workers and Chefs in Las Vegas which is next level hospitality and these women were impressive. There was a mixup with our meal but the bartender came over and apologized and fixed it but no worries because watching this restaurant move forward was a treat. They worked like a well oiled machine. And by the way the food was delicious. But that is for you to decide! So go try it but if you want to sit at a table call ahead for reservation. It...

Nags is a wonderful place in the city of the hills. I am always looking for good vegan or vegetarian options, especially good falafel. Nags didn’t disappoint! The falafel wrap was excellent. Although they were patties instead of spheres, the falafel was good but the cucumber relish and spicy tzatziki made this one of the best falafel sandwiches! I also tried the fried garlic cheese, and that was pretty good too. There’s a full bar, and the decor is modern and clean. But there are so many different options on the menu. It an eclectic mix of various dishes from all over the world (including fried green tomatoes and all day breakfast). If you’re ever in Oneonta, try Nags!

Please note I went to the restaurant for Oneonta parents weekend. I visited the restaurant on 10/28/24. Went with a group that had a reservation. Took 20 minutes to get seated when the restaurant was not busy and the table was already set for us. Just felt ignored by the staff and then took forever to get food that was so unimpressive and came out sporadically. I will not go back. It’s has a great ambience for watching the game and drinking, just don’t order food it will take forever. Server never said why the delay and just ignored us.
