Randy is skilled, knowledgeable about different wireless platforms and brands, and reasonable. He gave me good advice about OEM vs aftermarket screens, in terms of upgrading my beloved Samsung Ultra with a cracked screen (I had opted not insure it :/ )

I opted to go for an aftermarket screen, which I purchased and brought to Randy, until the 25 Ultras were back in stock in stores. He charged a very fair fee to replace it, and when it went blank about 10 days later, he actually did not charge me to put my cracked screen back on the phone.

Lesson learned is, you can live for a little without bio recognition, but when your screen goes blank due to a knock-off screen, you have no phone.

Dude revived my 2011 MacBook Pro. I left both my phone and laptop with him in good faith and he was honest about my phone not being repairable and took at shot at my laptop. Luckily he got it working and asked a very reasonable fee. I don't write reviews but I feel compelled to help grow this man's business. What you want for your phone, computer, electronic repairs is someone who knows what they are doing. The store is just a front, its all about the dude and he really knows his stuff. I wanted to add a review that the Owner Randy is SUPER nice and welcoming. I called in the morning to see what time they opened and he answered from his cell phone indicating he would be there in a few minutes and to yes please stop in. He was quick and fast knew exactly what I needed which was to change a cracked screen with no hesitation he took the phone and within 15 - 20 min had it completed and I added a screen protector too.
