Went in to get a new vape pen. The guy at the register had zero idea what I was talking about so we went to the vapes and he showed me a couple then told me this Stealth Yocan pen was variable wattage and I could adjust with a dial. Perfect exactly what I want. Well I get back to the hotel and it doesnt adjust whatsoever. I check my recipet and the cash he gave me back and he shorted me 10 dollars. I called and he let me know to come back in the morning so I did and I tried to return the vape and they cant return it even tho it wasnt even open and offered me store credit. I live 5 hours from here, store credit is going to help me. Nothing they can do. So i wasted my time, got shorted 10 dollars and am stuck with a vape that I cant even use. This year came back to support local business but the guy started barking store policy orders at me the moment I walked in the door. Orders continued as i looked at the guy who seemed more interested in making me immediately comply to his store policy than saying customary things like “hi”, “welcome to up in smoke”, “afternoon”, “how are you”, “merry Christmas”.
Treating customers like inmates (for a selection any online store has better prices and selection for) is something i hope will plunge their generic business into either bankruptcy and/or loss...
