The environment is welcoming and relaxing. The shop has great energy as Jaxie supports local artists by displaying their work on the walls. She is very communicative and straightforward every step of the way, from booking to design set up to applying the tattoo. She is very professional and explains the whole process in detail. I supplied an image I wanted done but gave her artistic freedom and she understood what I wanted. Jaxie is very friendly and knowledgeable. She maintains a very clean and sterile shop. Jaxie has more of a light-handed approach which made the experience more comfortable and resulted in cleaner healing. She provided informative aftercare instructions & a little goodie bag with stickers, aftercare ointment and a soy candle. I can honestly say Jaxie is the most accommodating tattoo artist I’ve been to! I explained I have vasovagal syndrome (fainting) and she made sure I was comfortable in the chair (there’s also snacks and drinks on hand if needed). I love my tattoo! It healed beautifully. Worth the wait and my first tattoo too. I'm a person on a budget and Jax understood, she worked with me and made an appointment for this awesome tattoo. Jax is very supportive, she has awesome energy, loved chatting with me and my sister while getting my tattoo. Also love the lights they had above the set up, very comforting. Loving the atmosphere at the shop. After my tattoo heals up (which it's getting there), definitely getting add-ons and excited for that. Hope your ready Jax! Also the tattoo I've got is from The Last of Us. Honestly that game means a lot to me and taught me so many things. Including part 2. I just had my first sit with Jaxie for my 3rd tattoo and it’s safe to say I’ve found my new forever artist! The booking process was so easy. Jaxie was informative every step of the way. Upon arrival I was greeted in her warm space with complimentary snacks and drinks. She explained the entire process and offered to play my favorite music during the session.
