I was excited to shop here despite knowing the owner has a community reputation of being rude. I purchased a piece of jewelry made with real stones and was disappointed to realize there was a chip in one of the main stones. The owner was nearly impossible to reach- incorrect open times, no phone set up to take voicemails or answer. Finally I managed to meet her in person and asked what she could do about it. If I could get a replacement stone, return, exchange or even an exchange for something less expensive or even if she could alter it to have the clasp on the other side so that the chip would not be seen. No. She was extremely rude with no basic manners. She never called me back or answered my calls ever again. Paid $200 for a piece of garbage.
