Park Avenue Paninoteca — Restaurant in City of Rochester

Felt the need to leave a review after my lunch today. I order fairly regularly (3-4 times in the past 4 months) and the food has always been delicious. Today I ordered my food through Postmates, but since the restaurant does their own delivery I was unable to see the tracking info. I was expecting the food to come between 12:10-12:30 and I was expecting a phone call because that was my preference on Postmates. The driver arrived early and left the food outside of my office and shot me a text letting me know where it was, because they cannot see your Postmates preferences, but I was working and did not see the text until I checked my phone wondering where the food was a little after 12:30. By the time I got out there, someone had taken my food. I called and was met with apologies and they said they would send over more food. About 15 mins after that someone came to the office and knocked on the door saying someone was trying to take this food but they stopped them. The food was unopened so I called the restaurant back to let them know I actually got the food, but they insisted on sending hot food that they knew had not been tampered with. It came in a few minutes and they included a free order of cheesecake as well. The customer service is the best I have seen from a business, and it helps that their food is a 10/10 as well. If if I could give this restaurant zero Stars I would Im sure you all think it's a perfect restaurant but let me explain I placed an order on Uber and this just happened not that long ago I asked for boneless wings and these people had the audacity to send me the most rubberiest soggiest tenders you've ever seen in your life the mac and cheese that I ordered with the crispy chicken on top really was super Bland it didn't even have real cream as Alfredo should or mac and cheese should it tastes like milk, noodles, and bread crumbs the chicken on top was okay which was actually surprising because it was better than the tenders! Whatever supplier you all get your tenders from try again it's rubber it's complete fake meat it doesn't even shred properly for you all to be over in such a sophisticated area you should be able to at least make boneless chicken and not serve rubber to your customers and to think my sister had told me about this place and the first time she took me I really enjoyed it but this was the worst experience I've ever had stop selling the rubber tenders as...

We recently celebrated my dad’s 80th birthday at Park Ave Paninoteca, and everything about the evening was perfect. The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We ordered from their catering menu, and the meal was served family style, which made it feel warm and inviting, just like home.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone felt welcome. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating they were — my wife is gluten and dairy free, and they made her a special dish separately from what we ordered. That kind of care and attention to detail is rare and truly appreciated.
