If I could give zero stars, I would. My vehicle has now been broken into twice in less than a month and a half while parked at Court Street Garage. Instead of taking responsibility or increasing real security measures, management’s response was to slap up signs saying they’re “not responsible.”
When I spoke with the GM, he openly admitted that security was switched around mainly to keep Constellation Brands happy—completely disregarding the safety of every other parker. Imagine that: knowingly reducing protection for the general public just to appease their most lucrative client.
This isn’t just negligence—it’s a blatant disregard for the people who trust this garage to protect their vehicles. Paying customers should not be treated as collateral damage so management can save face with corporate partners.
If you value your car, your safety, or your peace of mind, do not park here. The management has made it crystal clear: they will not protect your vehicle, they will not take accountability, and they will continue to put profits...
Read morePaid $7 for 28 minutes of parking on a Saturday morning going to the Central Library. Attendants laughed and said it was "Event Parking." The only parking rates on display were the usual ones - see pic. And you only discover the $7 rate on your way out, as opposed to other garages who charge the event rate on the way in. SOOOO glad we're outsourcing the garages to big corporations...

Parked again on a Saturday, this time without the "Event" sign displayed. The scanner at the exit was set to charge $7 again, but this time I had gotten a voucher from the central library (free - just go to the desk and ask for one!), which fortunately worked to give us free parking. Will be getting the voucher...

As my husband and I were leaving we noticed the sign saying what lane to be in too late. We were going to change lanes seeing as we were paying with cash but were in the validated parking lane. As we were about to reverse the employee waved us forward so we pulled forward to her. My husband said he noticed we were in the wrong lane but were wondering if we could still pay cash. She said sure and took the money over to the employee in the cash/credit card lane. The girl in that lane then started yelling as us stating what the signs said. All the while keeping her headphones in and not making eye contact with us.
That behavior is completely unprofessional and unnecessary and needs addressed by management immediately. If I could leave zero...
