If I could, I would rate them in negative. What a terrible experience we had with them. Please before even finishing reading this - change your decision and book directly via airindia or any other airline you wish to travel with and don't book through them. First of all, they follow up with calls till you book ticket with them but once that's done, no one follows up with you if there is any time change or schedule change or even flight cancellations. Four of us booked through them and had terrible experience when our flight got rescheduled in india. No one from their team was able to help us or negotiate better to provide their client better resolution. They never have their agent available who first of all takes your booking ever again. They will say - oh, that person whom you are looking for will call you back but they will never call you back! You have to keep calling till turn into psycho. Trust me, never ever I would ever deal with them again. My parents had to book their own flight again from Delhi and pay separately to get to their destination as air india staff and these terrible agency wasn't able to find resolution for them. Even while coming back me and my parents kept following up with them to resolve the issue for months and no one from their team was able to attend the issue or do anything about that. They mentioned that by the time of travel is this issue isn’t fixed - you are on your own. Guess what - my husband had to go to airindia local office to figure out this. Read moreThis agency is a scam. Part of my trip was directly booked by this agency for domestic flights. When my flight got cancelled, instead of issuing the refund, they kept lying with delays and excuses. I later found out they had already received the refund but refused to pass it on. They have no U.S. presence, so you have no recourse. Save yourself the trouble and book through a reputable platform. I am going to take this up with agencies in the US for their fraudulent practices

I did not cancel the flight for my own reasons. The flight got canceled and you guys did not provide me an alternate arrangement because you booked our tickets (includes minor children) in two separate bookings. For cancelation, you kept 1055 dollars, which was exactly the same amount your company charged me on credit card for domestic travel. However, Finnair would take responsibility and refund the entire amount. Because of potential fraudsters, thankfully airlines directly charge credit cards. On indigo booking, i got information from indigo airlines that they issued refund, and you guys lied that it was non refundable.
Every time we reach out to you as usual, unrelated excuses and delay tactics like a typical scam. (Explain me why you need to screenshots of Finnair refunds to issue refund of your charge, when it was already refunded to you)
