These are the best subs I’ve had in Rochester—I work nearby and secretly love forgetting my lunch at home because it means grabbing a sub from DiPisa. Service is excellent too.
I have one story about the service: a couple years back I ordered a sandwich and was accidentally handed the wrong order which I discovered when I got back to the office. Didn’t matter—whatever that other person ordered was delicious as well. Cut to a few weeks later when I went back. I walk in and right away am greeted by name and an apology for getting my order wrong, totally unprompted. They even gave me a sandwich on the house despite my protests!

Not a lot of tables for a large party but a few if you want to stay and eat. So not really a lot of atmosphere but it was neat and tables were ready to sit at for those that wanted to. The sandwich selection was good. They have a sandwich of the day selection like "meatball Monday's" "taco Tuesdays" etc. I got a small meatball sub and it was really good. If they dont sell out they keep them for 4 days then make new. The hamburgers subs, they make the burgers and put them in a crock pot if they don't sell they keep them for a week sometimes longer. The breakfast rolls is yesterday's bread as well as the bread if you order a hot sandwich. For the catering if you order the lasagna, you're getting Stouffer's lasagna that costs $15.00 and they charge like $40.00. Same goes for the stuffed shells.
