My experience has been truly first class. Serendipity is actually more business accommodating than most traditional office spaces (I am a trade association executive with 30 + years of Wall Street experience--so I 've seen many other places!). I can naturally and easily focus totally on my work and business at Serendipity's Rye location. I rarely waste time and almost always produce to my maximum capability. The modern & clean open office lay out sets a positive tone as soon as you walk in the door at Serendipity. They provide me with top of the line Internet, telephone, privacy, & an area to relax when necessary. Serendipity's staff rises to the occasion every day--very upbeat folks & extremely experienced and professional. They sell their organization by politely & respectfully catering to my office needs when I need help. We were incredibly impressed with Serendipity Labs. We needed a quiet space away from our location to do a deep dive. This place was perfect! We expected a clean, professional environment and we got that, but we also got so much more. The manager Nan was a true delightful. She is warm, helpful, and so easy to work with.

The space itself is quiet and focused, but also full of friendly, like-minded professionals. We met some genuinely lovely people just by being open and social, which was an unexpected bonus.

The little touches really stood out...clean, great coffee and other refreshments, beautifully stocked bathrooms with quality hand wash and lotion. The small things that made a big difference. Overall, it was a seamless and comfortable experience.
