Sarza — Local services in City of Rye

I ordered an amazing wallpaper called Aqua from Sarza for my owner's suite bathroom. I contacted them, gave them the details of my project and they quickly sent me an invoice. It was very easy to place my order and get the ball rolling. Soon after my order was placed, maybe a day or two, I was contacted by the manufacturer in South Africa and they sent me proofs of the design to be sure it was scaled to my space in the way that I wanted it. The digital proofs were very helpful because I could see exactly how the design would wrap around my space and how large the pattern would be on the walls. Had I wanted to make any changes, they would have changed it, but I thought it looked great. My gorgeous wallpaper was then created and flown to the USA via courier from South Africa. I think it was delivered to my home in less than a week, much to my amazement. There were instructions on how to do the installation with the roll of paper, but I had the installation done by a professional because the paper was so precious. The quality of the wallpaper was unbelievable. The product was thick and durable and since it is in a space with water nearby the surface felt waterproof, like plastic coated. It is very durable and will be easy to wipe down if I get it dirty. The colors and quality are excellent.

I found Sarza to be very easy to work with. They were responsive and made the process so easy. I liked that I had some control over how big the pattern would be in my space and that, from start to finish, my wallpaper was delivered to me in less than two weeks after starting the process. When my piece was delivered, the drivers dragged the art across my yard and then asked me to sign a form that said the deliver was delivered in good condition. I asked them if i could simply open the box before signing the form. They said no. They said i was not allowed to see if the contents were okay. I said i could not sign a form that claimed that the contents were delivered in good condition. The driver / deliver of the art said, "Well aren't you sooooooo smart" and then proceeded to tell me he was going to take the box away if I would not sign. I asked him to get out of my home as he was actually inside of my home and he refused. I told him i would call the police. He said he would not leave without the box. My 8 year old was terrified. I asked him to leave about 10 - 15 times and he would not get out of my home. This was a totally traumatic experience for me and my daughter. I wanted to physically push him out of my home. I eventually told him to take the art and leave my home. The company that was in charge of the delivery was AGS "Associated Global Systems" but they outsourced to a company named "CLR total trucking" to deliver the art. The manager of CLR is "Corey"/ When I called AGS and complained of the incident, Danielle who works at AGS said that they have had complaints about this driver of CLR before. Terrible experience. Sarza needs to fire these delivery companies. I do not have the art. the driver took it away. My daughter is traumatized by the experience and frankly so am i. It was...

I live in Wisconsin and we are renovating a 1946 stone ranch home. I saw this paper and immediately knew it was the right fit. I contacted John at Sarza and he was helpful and responsive and knowledgeable. Before long I had the Robin Sprong Botanical White Hessian ---perfectly sized for the wall! The house has a tiny powder room (44 inches x 100 inches)---small but mighty. I can't send a photo of the completed room yet. But I attached a photo while the paper hangers were working. The other three walls are going to all be this graywash beadboard, Gabby lighting Shirley gold sconces, Kohler Memoirs sink on polished chrome console legs....The wallpaper hangers were very impressed with the quality of the paper, the instructions, and also the precise measurements ---they have been hanging wallpaper for decades and are the "only ones to use" in our area so they know what they are talking about.
