Booked a session may of 2022 because of medical reasons I couldn’t get my tattoo done, emailed and cancelled all went and was told I wouldn’t lose my deposit and could reschedule anytime. Fast forward to last Friday Feb 2023 I went into the shop to reschedule was greeted ok and was told the original guy that was scheduled to do my tattoo will reach out to me. I had my nostril and my lip pierced by Karla today. She was amazing and professional! (Not to mention very sweet and cute as well!!) The placement was perfect and she made it so easy for me by talking to me the whole time and explaining step by step exactly what she was doing which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire experience. AMAZING!! This place was easy to book, had an awesome interior design and Karla was extremely nice and professional. This was my first nose piercing and she made it the best experience ever. I have gone to at least 4 tattoo/piercing parlors in my life and this was the most welcoming by far. Everything was clean and Karla made sure everything was explained well and a great experience.
