I don’t recommend going here. This company is a waste of money. The persons who works at this location tells you false information (I went in two different times to ask a question and when I went back it was a different answer the next time.The service sucks. I switched from postpaid account because I could save a little and get home internet. I gave it a chance for a couple of months. For me there is a HUGE difference from prepaid and postpaid in the quality of service. I was paying $140 a month for a one prepaid cell plan, home internet and insurance on a phone I owned. The cell service is slow and my calls dropped all the time. Switching definitely wasn’t worth saving literally a few dollars. I went back to postpaid and got the home internet from T-Mobile directly since you have to keep a phone line to have home internet with Metro where as with T-Mobile you could just get the home internet for the same price as what...
Read moreWhat I was impressed with was the fact that the gentleman that served my brother phone decided that it was better to show customer service instead of just trying to make me pay more for a phone that was still working properly I was up on the fence regarding whether I should pay for another phone or stick to the phone that I had. The workers showed excellent service and let the me know that he's there to take care of you instead of trying to show you something that you didn't need. He has all my phone issues check with the computer and found out why my phone was acting the way it was so I didn't have to spend over $500 for another phone. He should get a raise or at least acknowledgement for his excellent customer service. Hooray...
