Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve always enjoyed shopping hereāthe store is cute, and I like the quality of the groceries. However, today was quite frustrating.
When I was checking out, the cashier asked if I needed a shopping bag. I said, āNo thanks, I have one in my car.ā She then told me I needed to take a shopping bag because I couldnāt take the cart outside. I asked why not, especially since I saw someone leaving with a cart when I arrived. I also pointed out that the store clearly has a designated spot for carts in the parking lot.
She just kept repeating that I couldnāt use the cart outside and told me to go get my shopping bag. I was in a rush, so I said no at first, but it became so annoying that I eventually went to get it. Then she said I could put my groceries in my bag and then use the cart to take it to my car.
That makes no senseāwhatās the difference? Why didnāt she just explain that from the beginning? No one in the store could clearly explain the policy. If this is a store rule, there really should be a sign posted to avoid confusion...
