The cashiers made my wife and myself feel welcomed. There seemed to be a manager who made me feel uncomfortable by pointing out to a new cashier to be on the look out specifically for customers who are wearing hoodie (which I was without any Mal intent). That awareness speech is not appropriate to do in front of new customers 🙄. This is something that is supposed to take place either prior to the business opening or if they have a morning huddle. Read moreWe had a great time. Although we made a reservation we had to wait 8 minutes which is understandable for a Saturday. The waiter was a bit busy and when he gave us the bread he forgot the small plates that are given with the bread. The food was delicious as usual. I am a bit surprised that the tuna tartare was removed from the menu about 2 years ago and they haven't brought it back. I am so disappointed. Unfortunately, when we were making our way back to the parking lot the elevator malfunctioned and I got stuck in their elevator with my daughter. We had to wait for the fire department to get us out of the elevator. The firemen were awesome. I can't thank them enough, and Kim, the operator on the elevator emergency line was great. She checked in on us and kept us informed of what was going on. A word to the wise if the elevator by DMV on The Cheesecake Factory level takes forever to arrive and open up, ...
