I went shopping and asked to use the bathroom and was told the bathroom is closed to customers and I could try using the restroom in TJ Max or Marshalls which are in the same mall. I asked to speak with the manager and her response was " this is a corporate decision if you have a complaint call corporate". She walked off leaving me with my full bladder, a cart of items and a very long line. Is our shopping dollar of such insignificance that we are treated in this manner. I made the decision to leave Burlington and my cart of items. Went to TJ Max and Marshalls, use the bathroom there and did my shopping there also. Poor customer service by the manager, very aggressive and unreasonable. I was purchasing an item that had a price tag of $15. When I go to the register to purchase the item she tells me it’s $40. I tell her the price tag and show her the same item by the shoe racks and she begins to become more aggressive and take the items out of my hand when I start to explain to her the same item in the shoe rack. I told her I’m willing to pay the $40, however I wanted purchase the item but Then she perceives to tell me Im not allowed to purchase the item and puts it in the back.
