Came here a few months ago and forgot to review:

We went around 8 or 9 PM and there was only 1 worker. This is in no way a reflection of her efforts, but on the company's behalf--do better. You had one individual, a smaller sized woman, doing all types of work on her own. She was attempting to take care of myself and 2 others, pick-up orders, and all. I could tell it was a lot for her. She had to climb upon things to reach products...just insane. How can you even have just one worker like that at night as well? In this day and age, these companies need to do way better when it comes to workers. You better start making 2 people do closing shifts, because that is just SAD. The ice cream was alright, we didn't get the cookies we wanted either, smh. Probably going to give it another shot at the...

Went to this location while visiting the city from Oklahoma and it left me greatly disappointed. I was excited to try the cookies with so many options available but Galilea had terrible customer service and should not be up front to have customer encounters. I asked her what was popular and what would she recommend trying as it was my first time, she said just let me know when you’re ready and walked away… I should’ve left then, but still wanted to try. I asked for a chocolate chip and confetti birthday. I am back to hotel now and see she gave me a brownie filled cookie instead of regular chocolate chip, which is not what I ordered.
