I have been renting for all my events fro here for many years. On 7/10 /2021 I rented two table cloths and 12 spandex chair covers for my event on 7/11/2021. On the day of my event, I opened my bag pull out my tablecloth spread them on my two tables. To my surprise there was black spots on the tablecloths plus brown stain. I just covered the stains and black spot with the props I had on my table. When the tablecloths were returned (I sent my son to return them to get my deposit) . They pulled the out showed him a hole and the black spots they said were candle wax. I didn’t even have candles on the table the table cloth was given to me like that. So I was told I wasn’t getting all my 50 dollar deposit back definitely. I had to wait until this Tuesday 7/13/2021 when they wash it to see if it comes out. I explained to them I didn’t do it if I did it I would have told them what happened and I would have to to pay however it was given to me that way. So now I have to pay for something someone else did that outrageous! I told her she can keep the deposit maybe they need it more. I will never ever rent from them again. Now they are greedy trying to rip folks off! Find another party supply to rent this on is greedy and dishonest. They knew it was like that and probably didn’t wash the tablecloths gave it to me to find a reason to keep my money.

Update: I received my deposit back after I had to show a picture of my table with the tablecloths on. Plus I brought in the unused candle.I had sitting on the table to prove to them I received the tablecloth that way. I should have gotten back the money for having a holy and dirty tablecloth for my event. Please check ur stuff before you leave. In the 15 years you been renting I have been your customer now you lost a loyal customer...

EXTREMELY disappointed & angry to open the bag of tablecloths I spent $$$ to rent and see they were all dirty & stained. I noticed another customer’s review stating the same thing about soiled & dirty tablecloths. Your response to them stated they received their deposit, and customer service kept you in business. Really??? What an awful, heartless and unprofessional response! So you knew they were soiled and dirty and still rented them!!!! *Please note your business will begin to FAIL if you keep renting soiled, dirty and broken party supplies. Customer service has nothing to do with the embarrassment of renting your dirty tablecloths. Actually it shows you care nothing about the customer or their event just the money you’re receiving. How would you feel to rent tablecloths and open a bag of dirty tablecloths for your guest to eat on like they were animals?? Actually not even animals deserve that treatment. Put yourself in your customer’s shoes. Ask yourself would you want that? If no don’t do it to your customers. If you answered yes you need to close your store down cause you don’t have a good heart! The one star is for the niceness of the delivery driver (who was apparently just a friend helping out). Everything else about dealing with this company was a disaster. The tables and chairs were in worse than terrible condition. Everything was literally covered in grime and beaten up with melt marks, scuff marks, you name it. This is despite playing extra for the "newer" chairs.

The delivery window was 3 hours and they were still late and forget one table, to add insult to injury. Fortunately, the volunteer delivery guy was kind enough to come back with the missing table the same night. After calling the office, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and offered no apology for the poor service.

This place isn't even worth using as a last resort. Save yourself the trouble and just avoid J&M Party...
