I dont get it. They put off working on my clock for over a year. When I call they repeatedly act like it is a bother to find my clock and update the status. Today I called again. It was a big hassle to find my clock and it still wasn't done though many months past due. I asked when it might be done. They said they could not say. I'm going to pick it up after about 24 months waiting for service. I dont get it.

I went in to get my watch fixed and was told it would take a week. It was exactly a week later when I got my watch back! And don't even get me started on what they have for sale in the estates section!! Anyone looking for a nice little piece of jewelry would be very satisfied shopping at this...

Stopped in to have an anklet fixed and get my wedding set resized and soldered together and they were more than helpful. Wonderful business! Even had to grab a super cute piece out of the estate cabinet for a super reasonable price. Will definitely be brining all my jewelry here...
