Ice cream shop la michoacana — Restaurant in Claremore

My gramma and I stopped by here to try the ice cream after having just an awful day. I'd been wanting to try the ice cream here for at least a couple months, and we just hadn't had time. I ended up getting a Frappuccino (their regular cup is enormous!) And four popsicles to take home for my family. I got back into our car and set my drink on the dash, and we started to back up and as I went to grab my drink, it crashed splattered across all of our console area. I went back inside after having a good cry (lol) and asked for some napkins; the store attendant/cashier came out and cleaned the whole mess up! He was so sweet and kind to us, and really just made our day so much better. Thank you so much for what you did; we will most definitely be back, and hopefully I'll be less messy the next time!

La Michoacana is a cute little shop run by a very kind family. Something to be aware of is that it may take a little longer (only a few minutes) to get served because not everyone speaks English. I promise it's worth the wait! They have ice cream, tons of toppings, food, chips, all kinds of treats! I got the mango sherbet with chamoy and tajin toppings and it was absolutely unbelievable. I'm talking crave it every day unbelievable! I highly recommend the sherbet! They also have pre-made popsicles with toppings mixed in and then frozen. The prices are not bad at all considering they make everything themselves. For 2 people it was only 8 dollars and some change. My husband and I both loved what we chose and said we would definitely be back often. Actually, after writing this review I think I need to go grab a sherbet! Seriously, do not pass up...
