Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Claremore

Im going to start this by saying i really dont like to complain but right now i feel like im forced to. After years of visiting taco bueno as a regular customer and countless times of our orders being messed up or missing items (twice in 24hrs) i finally decided to drive back up to taco bueno and have them give me the bueno burger i ordered which was left out of my bag. So i waited back in line for 10 minuits explained to them they left out my burger and that i had just came through the line. When i got to the window she said they would have to have a receipt to fix my order even though they remebered me coming through. I asked to speak to the manager so she could look it up because i just came through and the food and receipt was left at my house. So the most Rudest general manager i have ever met anywhere told me no i would have to drive home and have the actual receipt because she dont have time for customers. I told her how just last night we ordered food and they left out our chips and we didnt say anything about it or come back up there. She Just strait said i was lying and that didnt happen which it did. I said so you would rather me waste 5 bucks in gas than you look up my order she said not her problem and when i said i would complain to corperate she said complaints dont affect her. After getting back and looking at receipt not also did they leave out the burger they rang up the wrong item, left it out and charged me 4$ instead of 3$. Im just hoping corperate sees this and watches the surveilence video and sees the type of rude people that dont care anything about their buisnesses.. She took rude to...

Another crappy experience! I would have given negative stars if I could have. Everytime I try to give this place another chance, it seems like they've hired even more people that don't care about their jobs or have any respect for people that are spending their hard earned money there. Spent 30 bucks tonight. First no straws or napkins which I could get over easily with good food but didn't get that either. Ordered 3 chicken & potato burritos... what was inside was not potato. They were fried so long or were so stale (not really sure which but there is a picture included for you to decide) all the potato was gone on the inside, it was a very hard shell with air inside. So there went my meal because 2 of those were my dinner. Then we got stale chips with the large queso and chips we ordered, not the worst we've had at this store but still yucky. And lastly we asked for firehouse salsa and regular salsa to go with everything and we get good regular salsa but the firehouse containers are swollen up like they've been sitting and are no longer good. That's what food does when it goes bad, it swells up the container because of the gases it puts off while going bad. So, didn't even open those. Could have made us and our children sick and I'm not gonna chance that. This was the final straw with this store. Everytime we go something is forgotten, messed up, bad/ stale or all of the above. You got 3 strikes tonight Taco Bueno of Claremore and I'm sick of it. Steal someone else's money but not...

Waited about 50 minutes in the drive thru Was overcharged .30¢ for a bottle of water Got our soft drinks that we paid $1.99 each for (same price as the bottle of water) and they tasted horrible. We asked for bottles of water instead (we ordered Sprite and Coke, all were terrible hence why we didn’t want another soft drink) was told we would have to pay extra for those waters. The manager ended up coming to the window saying he couldn’t do that. After asking him to explain why we couldn’t get bottles of water without having to pay more for them since our soft drinks were not drinkable, and the fact that they were both the same price he said, “You know what, the bottles of water are on me.” And then motioned for us to leave. 🤯 On top of all of that, the drive thru girl was extremely rude. Rolling her eyes at us and sighing as if we were making a big deal about nothing.

I want to mention we NEVER complain about anything. We usually move on and give people grace. But the wait time, paired with the cashiers attitude, the managers blatant mess-up and expecting us to pay more was too much.

As far as the food goes, it was pretty tasteless and the chips were stale

Will NEVER give Taco Bueno Claremore our business again. And we thought Catoosa’s was bad!
