Edit to add: I lowered my rating, after an experience last year, where I got 2 Gs of ambrosia, and about half of one, was in the lid because of the way it was displayed, and the other has leaked into the lid as well. I called as soon as they opened at noon the next day, and was told the only thing they could do, was give me a 20 percent discount on my next purchase, "because it's been more than 12 hrs since it was purchased, and it could've happened during that time." I assured her it had not, as I'd noticed it when I returned home. Told her she could check the camera, and see me grabbing the ones on top of the stack. Nope! Cut to me having to contact the processor, and explained the situation to him. He sent 2 replacements, that were to be in the store that Friday. I drove to pick them up, and was told they didn't have them; they were at their distribution center (after she made a call). They had product on their shelf, knew I had 2 replacements sitting at THEIR warehouse, and still WOULD NOT make things right, at the time! I had to make yet another trip, the following Tues, to get my replacements. I've only been back in one time since then (my man was looking for cigars or something in particular), and did notice, at least they are no longer displaying product on its side. So I guess there's that!🤷🏽‍♀️

Love this place! They have all our favorite concentrates now, so they're quickly becoming a one stop shop. I mean, between the dispo and the shop next door, you can definitely be set up for a great night, because they cover all your bases!! The ladies at this place are very professional and helpful. It is always enjoyable walking in the door and seeing friendly faces, smiling, willing to help you. I had a issue with my device (not by any fault of theirs) and they were extremely helpful with solving the problem. The ejuice is mixed for me right there and I don’t have to buy from a selection of premixed bottles (which you can if you prefer). This is the one place we go for this and expect that to last until we decide to not vape any longer. Thank you for the customer service experience from your store!! These guys have, seriously, every smoking accessory you could want. Though the staff was quick to get me in and out I say a lot of new things I needed. There is a dispensary next door that you get to through the smoke shop and it is nice and clean with the largest selection of edibles I've seen in this state. Absolutely amazing! The bud was good and the staff knew what they were talking about. Good stuff and the coolest experience with these shops...
