Loved the location and cleanliness. That all went down hill yesterday when I had an experience with Kelly, one of the supposed managers, of the store. I called to ask if an order that I had shipped to store was in. To be fair I had just had an experience where my order came in and I wasn't notified the week prior because of a new system and scanning error. I chalked that up as new technology pain in the buttness and didnt think twice about it. So I called to see if they were experiencing the same issue and I was "greeted" by Kelly who bluntly said," no i cannot check for you I have a long line and we are busy." No doubt in my mind they were so I asked if anyone else could help. She said no she was the manager. She continued from there on out to give snide remarks and sarcastic comments, she made me feel awful for just asking if my order was in. She belittled me and continued to be so rude I was seriously upset. Thank goodness it didn't happen in the store in front of my children. I finally had to end the constant battering by saying all the time she spent arguing with me she could have just checked being that i thought she was "so busy." This woman told me I'd get an email and if not from them from UPS definitely. Well still no email and I think it was fair only of me to just call and check on my order being that I had a problem the week before that I was very understanding of. Knowing learning a new system must be hard. I LOVE your store but until Kelly is gone you lost a customer in me. Everytime i go Kelly seems like she's upset working but I usually just go about my day. However yesterday, she really upset me. She was too preoccupied with texting in her phone to care to check me out. I had been waiting in line for sometime, and when it was finally my turn she decides to text before taking care of me. My entire checkout was with her texting on her phone. She even called me to the register while she was looking at her phone. Went in today headed straight to the back to check out clearance before shopping the rest of the store. I recently had a baby and went in to rack up on newborn clothing since she was much smaller than we anticipated. I saw a young lady kind of following me, looking in the same section, not maintaining her distance and it hardly looked like she was actually shopping. This same person some how disappeared while I was PAYING for my items. For this reason I won’t be back.
