Cloud 9 Entertainment, LLC....where do I start?

I'll start off by issuing Ten stars and One to grow on. Five stars is a low rating compared to what Armando and his staff provided for my 50th birthday #milestone party.

Armando, from the beginning, sold me on his professionalism and how he needed to know exactly what my wife and I were expecting throughout the entire event. We provided Armando with the theme and the various guests who would be in attendance. I wanted to ensure that no matter the color or age, each and every soul walked away from the event with a memorable experience.

Throughout the weeks leading up to the event, Armando persistently reached out to me for a preferred playlist considering the theme was 70s with a soul vibe. Between home, work, and spending time with my family that flew in to attend the event, it wasn't until the night before that I was able to send the list.

The day of the event, Cloud 9 Entertainment, LLC arrived at the venue by 5 PM to set up their equipment and photo booth. Armando set the expectations on how he would captain the evening during cocktail hour, pre-dinner, during dinner, dance time and cake cutting. Surprisingly, Armando mixed in almost every song that I included on the list, mixed between hits after hits!!

While the party was jumping, the Cloud 9 staff managed, by far, "theeeeee best" photo booth experience ever! The booth had crazy props and signs, but what was surprising was the ease of use of the iPad photo kiosk, which allowed every guest to leave with many snapshots in hand and copies sent to their smartphones. The line moved fluently throughout the night without any issues or delays. Again, theeeee best photo booth experience!

To sum up this review into a few words or a short sentence, Cloud 9 Entertainment, LLC delivered one helluva great experience from start to finish!

And then the lights came on!...

Cloud 9 - Armando took great care of my daughter's Sweet 16, and he absolutely rocked the party! He was super easy to work with, very detailed, and brought everything - video screens, photobooth, fun dancing lightup props, killer lighting, and amazing sound system and music that kept everyone on the dance floor all night. My daughter, her friends and our family had the BEST time! He designed a custom image for the dance floor which made it special and perfect.

As the MC, he was on point - handled everything we wanted, from the candle lighting to special dances, even tricky name pronunciations, like a pro. He made sure the family's music requests were played at just the right moments to keep the party going.

What I loved most was how much he cared about making the event special. He really listened to what we wanted, and what we didn't want, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. he delivered. He is an excellent communicator and planner. Our friends and family are still talking about how much fun they had!

I hired Armando for both my Sweet 16 and my graduation party, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience both times. He knew exactly how to read the crowd, kept the energy up all night, and played the perfect mix of songs that had everyone dancing.

Not only was the music amazing, but he was also super professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They really took the time to understand the vibe I wanted for each party and delivered above and beyond.
