I've been going to Gregory for about 5 years now. My last two experience with him and his staff had me wishing not to come back anymore. I had a bad experience not once but twice because his staff is careless and do not pay attention to details. Not to go into the whole story i'll explain what happened. When i filed my 2014 returns they had all my information from previous years all i had to do was give him my w4 and certain other information. This year i had moved and also gave him an utility bill, rent pay stub and my updated drivers license. I gave him all my information by January 14th, I did not receive my returns until July 31st! After going back and forth with them over this error, in addition, they forgot to file for electronic fund. This "minor error" as they called cost me many hours on the phone with the IRS, due to their error and the multiple calls the IRS decided to audit my returns and Gregory staff was no helpful when it came to following up and giving me updates of to what was happening since they had no idea and i had to do everything my self to fix their error which they were not helpful at all. I had to also call Gregory staff to request the information needed that the IRS was requesting. Besides that i never received and apology or a discount for the error the made that year.The following year i decided to give them a second chance and to m surprise (i am been sarcastic here) They made the same error thankfully i was been more cautious and requested to have send all the documents for me to verify before submission. When i saw the error i could not believe it i addressed them because i specify in my email and over the phone to change my address on file, but at this point i believe they were coping and pasting. Besides the error they were noncommunicating well or following up with me to make payment or so forth if i did not ask weeks later of the incident if my return was file it would've never ben file as they claim they were waiting for me to call to make a payment. The staff was just not very helpful as always. I really ddi not know what expect, but now i know better and i am more than done with...
