Starbucks — Restaurant in Clark

Truthfully, this is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Customer service is horrendous. I come here quite often out of convenience and I have always had the same feelings. The staff is never happy, they do not greet you and just stare at you until you start speaking your order, they seem annoyed to take your order quite honestly. This last time was really irritating which prompted this review. Barista never asked how I wanted my drink so I didn’t think to mention any milk or sugar. Once I received my drink I realized they never keep any of the sugar or milk products on the counter for the customers(which is bizarre for a nice town like Clark) so I had to ask for it and it was like I asked for half a lung. I realize Starbucks in Target stores are probably hired and managed by Target themselves but they need to do better to either hire more wisely or offer better benefits for better quality employees. Today waiting to order. Only one worker at the Starbucks. He was taking orders and making the drinks. I try to order online multiple times and twice I see a person worker picking up orders that was made online. Today while I was waiting at the register a person came to were you pick the drinks and move his head to the worker. The worker proceed to look at the machine and start making this person orders. How when I try to do it because I don’t have time to wait for my drinks other people are able to put orders and I can’t. Not stoping here anymore. the girl who handed my drinks didn’t even say a word then gave me my venti refresher with a dome lid. which means i’m forced to drink it with a straw. come to find out they don’t even have the tall straws to fit my venti cup. so now my tiny little straw is drowning inside of my cup and i have to fish for it when i want to take a sip. i addressed this to the barista and she responded with an attitude. need major training on customer service, because it is...
