I don't give compliments to anyone unless they are really deserving of them. With that said, everyone in this store will go the extra mile for you as a customer. All the Spadafore brothers are very nice guys; my favorite, though, is John.

John is down to earth, and a genuinely good person. I liked him the first time I met him. If you want a fair deal, this is your furniture store.

You can buy cheap junk in any of the stores in the Clarksburg/Bridgeport area. However, you will be looking for new furniture again in aproximately a year or two. Buy quality at Jack's and have nice looking, comfortable furniture for a long time. I won't shop...

This store has good quality furniture of all the stores in my area. This is why I chose it, and have purchased from them before. However, do not order furniture if you don’t see what you want in the store nor listen to “we can special order it.” I was sold discontinued furniture at full price, even after the manufacturer discontinued what I chose a month prior to the order. Why was it in the store a month after being discontinued? They refunded my total price today but now I have no furniture at all and the old stuff they took away is gone. I can’t believe it’s been near 5 months and to get what was delivered was unreal as is being left with no furniture! The order debacle was...
