Harvest House — Local services in Clarksville

I don’t mind that everything is way over priced, and could easily be gotten on Amazon for far less, organic can be found at Kroger …. come on. I shopped here several times to support local businesses.

My problem is when I purchased a very expensive item, never opened it, returned it the same day, within an hour or two, they refused to refund my money.

The reason I returned it, is because I needed to check with my doctor to verify that I wasn’t allergic. I explained this directly to the owner. No refund.

Never been back. Never will be.

If you’re looking for organic, I suggest research, then look for it on amazon or Walmart. This store has way less than them stock.

On a side note, they recommended a mechanic that was “honest”. I did try them out. Gave very bad advice, dangerous advice. Also a mom and pop little shop….. Nevertheless.

If you’re wanting to help out local businesses, try an honest one, or just volunteer your time to a legitimate charity, Salvation Army, toys for tots, etc. Hit the dollar tree and buy some toys, donate to toys for tots, it’s never too late to help those, especially kids, in need. 5$ could...

. I happen to buy all my products from these folks. I don’t think people understand Walmart and Amazon are big companies so they get huge discount s because they buy in bulk. Also you don’t know if it’s real or not. Nor do u know where they come from a lot of times. The products these folks sell are 100% . That’s The point of buying local is to help out with your local businesses and the people trying to compete. Herbs are expensive due to the strict FDA laws. I’ve learned alot from the owners. They really are good people and donate there time and money to help people that really need it.Just because they don’t brag about it or use it as an advertising stunt makes it all the more reason...

The customer service was awful they didn’t greet me when I walked in I was the only one in the store I was looking for something specific for my father and he just gave me a short non informative answer and when I went to pay for my item the cashier was rude and sat my card on the counter and not in my hand and sat my bag on the counter and walked away I won’t be shopping...
