Citi Trends — Local services in Clarksville

Reminding myself of why I don't frequent this specific store gave me a headache. First, the selection for my size is few and far between. Second, I was unhappy when I witnessed, and heard, an employee ask a customer if the customer was going to restock the shelves with the items that the customer wasn't able to afford. I was appalled to say the least! And the tone that the employee used, while assisting another customer, was extremely vile. While being checked out be another employee, this employee told me that the insubordinate employee frequently had this mentality and attitude when executing customer service. When I was put out of the store for standing up for the customer I front of me, I contacted Citi Trends corporate office and left a voice mail citing a customer complaint. To date, I have yet to receive a return phone call while Citi Trends is continuously losing customers, and money, because of the way their associates treat their...

This place is awesome! It’s my go to for clothes when I’m having a night on the town, or just want to have an outfit that makes me feel good about myself. They are also good for miscellaneous beauty items, electronic accessories (and some electronics ie: Bluetooth items), household items, and occasionally some stationary items! They always have great finds for cheap, but still amazing quality! I even did some back to school shopping here! But seriously, the clothes though,... well and the shoes,..... I just love it all! I want the store as my closet! Lol.

Its always something at this store...they open late .like today it's Sunday and me and 6 others are waiting outside still at 12:41... store was to open 12pm....made it hard to school shop...they wasn't open on time before school starts had to drive to Louisville Kentucky.... single dad this...
