So tonight we ordered a pizza and garlic knots online, it was $36 with a tip. The delivery time was 29-39 minutes, after we paid an additional $2.99 for “priority delivery”. It was 20 minutes late and the online tracking had been on “boxing” for 30 minutes so we called and asked. The boy told me it was on way. 5 minutes later I received a call back saying my pizza had been sitting for an hour and hadn’t left, would I still want it. I said I want a hot pizza, to which he responded well it isn’t hot but it isn’t cold either. I heard someone yell in background “we can remake it” so I suggested they remake it and send it out. 35 minutes later we received the pizza only. I mentioned the garlic knots and extra sauces, the driver apologizes and said he would be right back with them. 30 minutes later we still had not seen them so I called again and politely asked that part of my money be refunded. He stated that they would just credit me a free pizza. I explained that I live in Atlanta and will not be ordering again. A manager came to the phone, she attempted politeness as she proceeded to tell me that my order did not include anything else and that this was all my fault. I asked her for my total and she said “$36” I said so that didn’t trigger something when 1 pizza was that much. She told me that’s how expensive there pizzas are and that she would refund me even though it was completely my fault and then proceed to HANG UP ON ME! Next time be assured I will...
Read moreIf you want pizza you are better off finding somewhere else. The last couple times I have ordered from there, I have had some sort of issue. One night on in store pick up myself and 7 others stood there in line because the female with long reddish hair with blonde streaks thought it was more important to put labels on boxes, then to make things even better she wanted to have an attitude, but when the GM was emailed, she did not even care to respond so clearly the careless attitude goes further tan just the store. Then there is the issue of their food in general. They cannot cut a pizza to save their life and apparently there is also a bread dough shortage because they went from having long breadsticks actually looked like breadsticks, to now they look more like short stubby fingers. Look at the picture. Lastly, hope you do not expect an actual driver from the company to deliver because they apparently cannot afford to hire drivers since they seem to only use door dashers as their delivery drivers. Order number was 012324 on Taylor Dr. just incase the corporate geniuses actually want to take the time to look in to this store and correct or replace the entire team (replacing them would be the best option) at that location on E. Lewis and Clark in...
Read moreEmployees were amazing, but when I got home my pizza was not even cooked All the way!!!!!!! An extra large pizza and $20 down the drain 85% of the pizza had to be thrown away. I contacted someone with papa johns and was told I would hear something in 48 hours. Well it’s been past that and I’ve not heard a pep. No calls no emails nothing. Do my advice is don’t get the extra large pizza unless you want to taste nice sweet, chewy, raw dough with you’re pizza. I would of been okay if I would of gotten my refund. But now I have to call this location and let them know what happened, I’ll update the review when I do but we all know I will not receive a refund. And I will NOT be eating ANY food from here anymore, as They’ve officially ruined pizza for me. I have a super sensitive stomach and threw up the pizza after I released it wasn’t even cooked. Moral of the review; don’t get the extra large pizzas unless you want it cooked only 20% of the way. 3 bites and you hit raw dough. Always check your good, way a slice before you leave the parking lot, I wish I would have. Would of saved me soooooooo...
