Their card machine wasn’t working, my total was a little over $50. Now I don’t know them and they don’t know me. They could tell I was in a rush to go fishing and the two owners, husband and wife, printed me out a receipt and told me to come back another time and pay it.

I offered to write my name down or let him take a pic of my ID and he declined and said he trusted me. Feels like a small town shop from back in the day.

Ordered a Rod and Reel Combo Online since it was on back order at several other outlets. The rod came in just fine, but no reel was delivered. When I inquired if it would come in a 2nd shipment, Jim Smith the owner claims it was in the box and that he packaged it. We then went back and forth over 4 emails with him saying he shipped it and that was the end of it. He said I could return the item but wouldn't answer my question as to if I would get a full refund.
