Food bad, too bad service!! - WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!

We walked in and ordered a large Egg Drop Soup at closing and I'm not sure if it sat for a while because it was late, but the soup tasted terrible. My husband and daughter agreed so since I am currently pregnant and worried about food poisoning I decided to put it in the fridge and call the merchant when they were open again.

The next day I called the merchant and explained to her that the soup did not taste good and politely asked if she would be willing to replace it if I brought the original one back in. She was very rude about it, but said if I brought it back in she would exchange it.

After arriving at the location the lady was then EXTREMELY rude, and told us that next time she would not replace the soup and acted as if we did something wrong. She wouldn't even give us the fried wonton strips that come with the soup nor did she...

We're glad to have a neighborhood place for CHINA FOOD, which is always just fun to say loud.

We've ordered from there multiple times.

The last time we ordered was to go for my daughter's birthday party. I used the online ordering service they provide and it worked very well. We ordered the family dinner for 7, which is way more food than 7 people will eat. Probably 10-12. I also ordered a few more dishes because we had about 15 people. The leftovers have lasted for days it was so much food.

I mentioned our order was for my daughters party and that she requested plenty of fortune cookies. They happily loaded me up!

While waiting for my large order, I noticed their music was nice, quiet and would be nice to sit and eat with. This is a big plus in my opinion.

There are higher quality places for Chinese food in the area, but this one is very solid, consistent, and our go to place for quicker...

If I could give this place less stars, I would. Went there and waited for a long time for my food. As I stood there every person was bare handing all the food , bug spray in the window, I had also specifically asked for no mushrooms do to an allergy. They said they would remake my food but it would be another hour decided do to that and unsanitary conditions I'd get a refund and I got 45 dollars worth of food and they would only refund me 12 bucks . So I'm out 45 and my family didn't get to eat. This place is absolutely horrible and are crooks and the lady is extremely rude and will look right at you and consistently ignore you.
