Advance Auto Parts — Local services in Clawson

I'm a frequent to all of the standard Auto Parts stores nearby. This seems to be somewhat of a satellite location from my perspective. Typically, unless your vehicle is current gen or under 5 yrs old, they will have to order supplemental parts (i.e. they have 3/8 of the spark plugs you need, they have the pads but only one rotor, etc.). This is not to disparage the staff, however. This has to be one of my favorite locations staff-wise; most if not everyone is knowledgeable, efficient, and tactful in their approach. Sometimes I can chit-chat, other times I'm in a hurry. I'm never hung up with these guys in a rush, and don't feel rushed to leave. I really just wish they had all the...

Tried to return a jumper box, wasnt impressed with it, it is annoying that the charging pins are right out of the box so you need an extension cord to charge it, there are better and cheaper ones on Amazon, I should of just ordered there. The first worker was giving me sass when I said why I wanted to return it and the second boldly lied saying if it has been opened it is not refundable, and especially electrical products, which is also false according to their own return policy.
