Upper management has ruined these stores. They lost SKUs for retail type displays. GFS marketplaces are not Kroger and never will be, stop doing things that irritate the businesses and people hosting events that go to your stores because of what they were.
I mean you killed huge chunks of shelving for retail fruit by the piece but discontinued one gallon jugs of fry oil?
Be the whole sale/bulk seller people throwing parties, running small catering businesses and restaurants that can't handle a full truck delivery need you to be.

Read moreI love shopping at GFS, this time my experience, not so much. Usually when you shop employees ask if they can assist you. That didn't happen, they walked passed, us looked, kept walking. Once we finally found our merchandise well came for, check out time. My mother asked if she could put $60 on her card, pay the rest in cash the cashier said I don't know, so I replied, would you please check, he did not, sorry i didn't get a name. Far fewer products geared for the home shoppers. They have stopped carrying the excellent frozen pizzas, 22grain breads, and now most canned goods are mostly only available in #10 sized cans.
